How does ORA settle with performers?

ORA engages performers as subcontractors and settles with them itself once the result is accepted. You pay ORA for the service.

How do I get a refund?

Message support (@ora_collabs or ora.off.kz@gmail.com) with your account details. A refund of the unused balance is processed within 10 business days; a payment-system commission may be withheld.

You pay for ORA services: launching advertising and field tasks (UGC, blogger campaigns, mystery shopping, merchandising and custom tasks). All prices are shown in tenge (KZT). The task cost is a single price for ORA's service and is fixed before payment.

Refunds

If a task is rejected during moderation, the reserved funds return to the account balance. A refund of the unused balance is arranged via a support request with the account details. Processing takes up to 10 business days; a payment-system commission may be withheld. The terms are described in the Public Offer Agreement.
