How to pay for ORA services: Visa and Mastercard bank cards in tenge, a secure payment gateway, the settlement flow and the refund procedure.
What you pay for and in which currency
You pay for ORA task-marketplace services: launching advertising and field tasks (UGC, reviews, blogger seeding, mystery shopping, merchandising and custom tasks). All prices are shown in tenge (KZT). The task cost is fixed before payment and combines the performer reward and the service commission.
How payment works
Payment is made online by bank card. Funds are reserved for the task, and the performer is paid only after the result is accepted.

Describe the task
Submit a request or message a manager. We clarify the goal, volume, city and timing.

Get a quote in tenge
The manager calculates the cost in tenge (KZT) and fixes it before payment.

Pay with Visa or Mastercard
Payment is made online through a secure payment gateway with 3-D Secure support.

Launch and result acceptance
Funds are reserved for the task. The performer is paid only after the result is accepted, and the payment record is available in the dashboard.

Payment security
Payments are protected on the side of the payment gateway and the acquiring bank.
- The connection is protected by HTTPS/TLS.
- 3-D Secure is supported (payment confirmation with a code from your bank).
- Card details are entered on the payment gateway side and are not stored on ORA servers.
- Card payments are processed by a certified payment provider.
Refunds
If a task is rejected during moderation, the reserved funds return to the account balance. A refund of the unused balance is arranged via a support request with the account details. Processing takes up to 10 business days; a payment-system commission may be withheld. The terms are described in the Public Offer Agreement.
