How it works

How the price is formed

The cost is a single price for ORA's service per unit: ORA takes the task on itself and delivers it through engaged performers. The price depends on the task type and its parameters (for UGC - the follower count; for offline - a surcharge and duration) and is multiplied by the number of publications. The full cost is shown in the dashboard before payment.

How the balance works

The balance is an internal account in tenge that reflects your advance payment for ORA services. Tasks are paid from it; any unused amount can be refunded via a support request. The balance is not an e-wallet. ORA settles with its engaged performers itself, from its own funds.
